1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 98ab ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 98ab website available at https://98ab.io and all associated services, including sports betting, casino games, live dealer products, and any promotional offers made available to players in Bangladesh.

By creating a 98ab account, logging in, or using any feature of the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

98ab reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered players via email or an on-platform notice. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

To open and maintain an account with 98ab, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 98ab strictly enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 years for all players. 98ab does not permit persons under the age of 21 to register, deposit, wager, or redeem any funds or bonuses.
• You are registering and acting on your own behalf as an individual person, and not on behalf of any third party, organisation, or business entity.
• You are legally permitted under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction to access and use online gambling and betting services. You accept sole responsibility for determining whether your use of 98ab complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which access to online gambling or betting is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of 98ab, nor an immediate family member or household member of such a person.
• You do not currently hold, and have not previously held, another active or suspended 98ab account. Each individual is permitted exactly one account.
• You are not acting under compulsion, and you are not knowingly abusing gambling services or exploiting any vulnerability related to problem gambling.

98ab may request documentary proof of eligibility at any stage, including government-issued photographic identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in account suspension and may result in forfeiture of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed and all balances forfeited.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account termination.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 98ab will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 98ab support immediately at [email protected].

All account activity conducted using your credentials is your responsibility, regardless of whether it was conducted by you personally. 98ab is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access where the player has failed to maintain reasonable account security.

Account verification is completed by submitting a government-issued photo ID and, where required, a proof of address document not older than three months. 98ab may require verification before processing the first withdrawal, before releasing bonus funds, or at any time as part of ongoing security checks.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

98ab accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 98ab does not charge any platform-side fee for deposits or withdrawals.

Processing times:

• Mobile wallet deposits: credited to your 98ab balance within 60 seconds in normal conditions.

• Withdrawal to mobile wallet: processed within 30–60 minutes for standard verified accounts; within 15 minutes for VIP-tier accounts.
• Withdrawal to bank account: processed within 1–24 hours.

All funds deposited to 98ab must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Deposits from payment accounts belonging to other individuals will be returned and may trigger an account security review.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for a successful deposit on the account, or to a verified account in your name. 98ab reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. In cases where fraudulent activity is suspected, withdrawal processing may be suspended pending investigation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

98ab offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including but not limited to the ৳20,000 welcome bonus, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and cricket-specific promotional events tied to BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup seasons.

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion's specific terms:

• Bonuses are awarded in bonus funds and are subject to a stated wagering requirement before they or any winnings generated from them may be withdrawn as real cash.
• Wagering requirements, minimum qualifying odds, eligible games, and expiry periods are stated clearly at the point of each offer. Players are advised to read these carefully before opting in.
• Bonus funds may not be transferred between accounts or converted to real money without completion of the stated wagering requirement.
• 98ab reserves the right to withdraw or amend any bonus offer at any time prior to the player opting in. Once opted in and conditions activated, the terms at time of opt-in apply.
• Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• If a player requests withdrawal of their real-money balance prior to completing the wagering requirement attached to an active bonus, the bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• 98ab reserves the right to void any bonus and recover associated funds if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including the use of low-risk bet patterns designed to complete wagering requirements without genuine risk exposure, or any form of arbitrage.

Players who are on self-exclusion or who have active deposit limits set below the minimum qualifying deposit are not eligible to participate in promotional offers during the period those restrictions are active.

6. Betting Rules

98ab offers sports betting markets across cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, bilateral series, and other domestic competitions), football, kabaddi, and other sports. The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on the Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 98ab does not accept cancellation requests for bets that have been accepted.
• Bets are accepted up to the stated market closing time for each event. 98ab reserves the right to suspend or close markets at any time without notice.
• In-play (live) betting odds are updated in real time. By placing an in-play bet, you accept the odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed, which may differ from the odds visible when you initiated the bet selection if there is any processing delay.
• Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise fails to complete within the applicable result window, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for that sport and market type, as published in the 98ab betting rules documentation.
• Maximum stake limits and maximum payout limits apply per event, per market, and per day. These limits are displayed in the bet slip at time of placement and may be adjusted by 98ab at any time.
• Errors in odds caused by a manifest technical error may be voided by 98ab. Where odds were clearly incorrect relative to the true market price at the time, 98ab reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the player's account balance.
• The use of automated betting software, betting bots, or any form of scripted wager placement is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension.

7. Casino Games

The 98ab Casino offers over 500 games from providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. 8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 98ab Platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended immediately, all balances forfeited, and may be subject to further action including reporting to relevant authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one 98ab account.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through any means not consistent with genuine recreational play, including coordinated wagering with connected accounts, low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without risk exposure, and repeated claim-and-withdraw cycles.
• Automated wagering: Use of bots, macros, scripts, software tools, or any automated mechanism to place or manage bets or casino wagers.
• Collusion: Collaborating with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino games, or any other game where player-to-player interaction affects outcomes.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, layer, or integrate funds derived from illegal activity. 98ab cooperates fully with authorities in the investigation of suspected financial crime.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider in relation to a genuine 98ab transaction. All disputes must be directed to 98ab support in the first instance.
• Fraud and impersonation: Providing false identity information, using another person's payment details, or impersonating any other individual on the Platform.
• Exploitation of technical errors: Knowingly exploiting any bug, error, or vulnerability in the Platform's software for financial gain. Any winnings generated as a result of a known technical error will be voided.

9. Responsible Gaming

98ab is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players in Bangladesh. The Platform provides the following tools to all registered players, accessible from the account settings area:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a 7-day cooling-off period to increase.
• Session time limits: Define maximum session durations after which you will be automatically logged out.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software element of the Platform.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.

Any unauthorised use of 98ab intellectual property will result in termination of your account licence and may result in legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 98ab's total liability to you in connection with the Platform, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

98ab shall not be liable under any circumstances for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, anticipated savings, or business opportunity.
• Loss arising from interrupted access to the Platform due to scheduled or emergency maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events.
• Loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain reasonable security of your credentials.
• Decisions made by you based on information or odds displayed on the Platform, which are provided for informational and wagering purposes only.
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment processors, game providers, or data suppliers outside of 98ab's direct control.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 98ab's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Privacy & Data

98ab collects and processes personal data as described in the 98ab Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is available at /privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms you confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

98ab collects only the personal data necessary to operate your account, process payments, verify your identity, comply with any applicable legal obligations, and deliver customer support. 98ab does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. All data is processed and stored with SSL encryption.

13. Account Termination

You may close your 98ab account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account after satisfaction of all pending wagering requirements will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding identity verification.

98ab reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal conduct.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documents within a reasonable period of request.
• Suspicion of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more (dormant account policy applies; any remaining balance will be held for a further 12 months and then forfeited if no contact is made).

Where an account is terminated due to a proven breach of these Terms, all balances, bonus funds, and pending withdrawal requests associated with that account will be forfeited. 98ab will not be liable for any loss suffered as a result of such termination.

14. Amendments to These Terms

98ab reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they affect your rights or obligations in a significant way — 98ab will provide at least 14 days' notice via the email address registered on your account, or via a prominent notice displayed upon login to the Platform.

Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or additions of new game types) may take effect immediately without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which 98ab operates as an internationally licensed platform. Nothing in these Terms is intended to, and nothing shall, create any right enforceable under the laws of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited.

In the event of a dispute between you and 98ab, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting [email protected]. 98ab will endeavour to respond to and resolve all complaints within 5 business days of receipt. If the matter cannot be resolved informally, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration under rules and in a venue determined by 98ab at the time of the dispute.

You and 98ab agree that any dispute resolution proceeding will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.
